We work with clients to identify which ADHD symptoms (i.e. impluse control, emotions, short-term memory, time management, focus, etc.) are most prevalent and disruptive. Once symptoms are identified, we differentiate between the ADHD symptoms and the beautiful person inside. Each individual coaching session is customized to fit the client’s needs, and together we build a set of tools, resources, systems and habits so ADHD doesn’t get in the way of thriving in life.
